Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Agile Scrum etc. All subjects where I am really passionate about. I spent most of my days working on this using tools like Visual Studio Team Services, Team Foundation Server, Visual Studio etc. And it is still very alive! Although ALM is a term that is not commonly used by everyone, it is something that gets more and more attention within companies.

There are Microsoft conferences, Thematic conferences but not really a dedicated user group for ALM enthusiasts like me and some of my colleagues. So I decided to just start an new Meetup Group.

I proudly present to you the Dutch Microsoft ALM Group.

This group is intended for everyone interested in everything related to Application Lifecycle Management, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Test Automation mainly on the Microsoft stack. We will meet regularly to share knowledge around these subjects. The format is not fixed. We do presentations, Open Spaces, hands-on workshops and “hackathons”. We will make sure that there is plenty of time to get to know each other.

The first meeting is planned on March 3rd 2016.

We will start this adventure with a thematic evening around Build and Release Management in Visual Studio Team Services. The evening consists of 2 parts.

First a presentation from me. I will talk about the new Build and Release system in Visual Studio Team Services

After a short break, it is time to do it yourself. With some prepared hands-on assignments we will sit together to do it ourselves! So make sure you bring your laptop and Visual Studio Team Services account!

Join me for a great experience and let’s make this great together!
